I’m here to guide you on a journey to discovering your best self. I too, was a burnt out mama with little clarity on what I really wanted or who I wanted to become, let alone the knowing of how to get there and someone to help hold me accountable. But here I am, on the other side and ready to share and hold space for you to do the same. The time is now.

My Story

I have spent nearly 20 years following a corporate career path looking to find fulfillment, success and purpose. Over the last decade, I have slowly been cracking open, exposing the authentic parts of myself after years of keeping them closed off. I spent a better part of my life filled with anxiety and numb to who I really was and the power I held due to trauma, limiting beliefs, lack of connection with myself, conditioning and societal expectations. After having my second daughter, I experienced a Spiritual awakening, while simultaneously being a burnt out mama. Then, at age 39, I was cracked open once again and I fully committed to transforming mind, body & soul. It felt like it was my last chance to really dig into who I am, my purpose and finally kick all of the things holding me back to the curb. It was then that I experienced quantum leaps in my evolution and mindset. My whole world changed and life became vibrant once I realized I am in control of my destiny. That my thoughts become things—hello manifesting! As your coach, I am here to navigate the transformation to finding your authentic self, living your purpose and creating a life you love.


Over the last decade I have been a student of Manifestation, Life Coaching, Meditation, Reiki, Channeling, Shamanism, Astrology, Human Design, Tarot, Crystals, Spirit Guides, Therapy, Brain Spotting, Energy, Gratitude practices, journaling, rituals and more. This path is not about an end destination but a journey to continually connect to who you are becoming, the life you want to live and the joy you want to experience. You become a vibrational match for what you want to experience and your life will change before your eyes.

In 2022, during a session with a Shaman, my light team brought this work into existence by confirming my purpose here to help other women experience a shift in their evolution. I have been connected with my light team and guides ever since. While I truly believe this work is not about me, it simply flows through me, I find so much joy in connecting with women to remind them of just how powerful they are and watch them blossom into the person they were meant to become.
